The therapist uses long strokes combined with soft kneading. This treatment stimulates the blood circulation and relieves tensions deeply lodged inside muscles and the nervous system. Dry massage
A full body massage performed with gloves of raw silk and stimulates the flows and circulation inside the deep tissues. This massage also acts as a cleansing procedure that helps “wash away” impurities, revitalises the skin and makes it silky smooth. This massage concludes with a short oil massage. It’s beneficial to take a warm shower or bath after this treatment to widen the pores of the skin, which helps waste products to exit the body more easily.

Hot Stones
To treat tense muscles with heated stones is a massage technique inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. With the therapist’s calming strokes and the warmth from the stones, you’ll be given a deep massage that removes blockages and relieves tension. Hot stones is good for anyone that is troubled by cramps, muscle tension and knots, suffering from poor blood circulation or just longing for a moment of total relaxation. (Hot stones treatment is not suitable for anyone with a heart problem, is pregnant or has severe diabetes.)

Foot and lower leg massage
A revitalising treatment for anyone with sore, heavy legs & feet. Using careful pressure points and kneading from your toes and up towards your knees, the massage therapist will help relieve any tensions. The massage is performed with a softening eucalyptus cream that gives you a cooling sensation and also increases the blood flow in your legs. This treatment is especially good for anyone with stiff muscles, poor blood circulation or suffering from rheumatism.
